Studio Dedalo meets Wolfhaus Italia for the design of a new villa in Savona using wood technology and high environmental stability.
The project of Villa Florida presupposes the composition of the conference volume with a specific portion of space that lends itself to a series of first-floor terraces capable of providing a “clean” but not banal architectural image. For this reason the program envisages a rationalization of the front and back roofs which are overall complete and have different floors and similar dimensions in relation to the internal space. The intervention is completed even if it is quite simple to detach it from the pietra serena, mark it in place at the end, a light ceramic rivet for the advancement and the creation of metal parapets with an essential and minimally invasive line.
